We open up the mine 5 weekends per year for digging!
There will be a 3-day dig in each month of May, June, July, August & October of 2024
May 24th-26th 9:00 - 5:00 each day
June 21st-23rd 9:00 - 5:00 each day
July 12th-14th 9:00 - 5:00 each day
August 16th-18th 9:00 - 5:00 each day
October 4th-6th 9:00 - 5:00 each day
There will be signs and flagging leading you up the mine road to the site.
You can bring any tools you want to use, gloves, buckets etc... Rock is plentiful! Plenty of parking. No hiking required!
No entry fee- Rock is $1.50 per lb.
